Airside lists the restaurants, cafés, bars and lounges at U.S. airports so travelers can plan their time. You’re welcome to use the Site for that. Please don’t copy it in bulk, scrape it or use it to train AI.
1Agreeing to these terms
flywithairside.com (the “Site”) is run by Airside, Inc. (“Airside”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Notice. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
The Airside app for iPhone is covered by the terms shown in the app and by Apple’s App Store terms.
2Listings are for information only
We check every listing against airports’ official directories, but restaurants, cafés, bars and lounges change their hours, locations and rules without telling us. Before you rely on a listing — especially when you have a flight to catch — confirm it with the airport, the venue, the lounge or your airline.
- Lounge entry. We show the entry requirements that lounges and membership programs publish. We don’t grant entry, and a lounge may refuse it (when it’s full, for example).
- Open or closed. Status is worked out from published hours on the airport’s clock; it isn’t a live feed from the venue.
- No affiliation. Airside isn’t affiliated with, or endorsed by, the airports, airlines, lounges, card issuers, membership programs or brands named on the Site. Their names and marks belong to them and are used only to identify them.
3Our content and what you may do with it
The Site and everything on it — the text, the listings and how we collect, check, select and arrange them, scores, summaries, designs, images, video and code — belong to Airside or our licensors and are protected by copyright, database and other laws.
You may view the Site, print or save a page for your own trip, and share links to it. Anything else — copying, republishing, selling, or building a list, map, app or service from our content — needs our written permission.
4No scraping or automated access
You may not, and may not help anyone else to:
- use bots, spiders, scrapers, crawlers, scripts, headless or automated browsers, or any other automated means to access the Site or to copy or collect its content or data;
- download, mirror, cache or frame the Site, or collect its pages in bulk (including through its sitemap or text files);
- get around rate limits, blocks, robots.txt or any other measure we use to protect the Site — for example by rotating IP addresses or proxies, or by disguising your software as a browser or a search engine;
- use our content to build or improve a competing directory, database, app or service.
Search engines and answer engines that follow our robots.txt may index the Site so people can find it and click through to it, within the limits robots.txt sets.
We block and rate-limit automated traffic, and may block any address or network that breaks these terms, without notice. Need our data? Ask about a licence at hello@flywithairside.com.
5No AI training or text and data mining
You may not use any content from the Site to train, fine-tune, test or improve a machine-learning or AI model, or to build a dataset for one, without a written licence from us.
We expressly reserve our rights to text and data mining, including under Article 4(3) of EU Directive 2019/790. We state this reservation in machine-readable form in our robots.txt, in the tdm-reservation header on every page and in /.well-known/tdmrep.json.
6Using the Site fairly
Don’t use the Site in a way that breaks the law or harms Airside or anyone else. In particular, don’t:
- probe, scan or test the Site’s security, or try to get into any part of it that isn’t public;
- overload, disrupt or interfere with the Site or its hosting;
- upload or send malware, or anything meant to harm a device;
- reverse-engineer the Site, except where the law allows it despite this limit;
- suggest that you’re Airside, or that we endorse you.
7Other websites and the App Store
The Site links to websites we don’t run — airports, venues, lounges, ordering, waitlist and booking services, and the App Store. We aren’t responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices, or for anything you buy or book through them.
8Corrections and feedback
If you send us a correction, an airport request or other feedback, we may use it to improve Airside without owing you anything.
9Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any listing is current.
10Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Airside and its officers, employees and suppliers won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or opportunities — including a missed flight, a refused lounge entry or a closed venue — arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim about the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
11If you break these terms
You agree to cover Airside’s reasonable losses and costs, including legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site, including any scraping or automated access.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Airside, Inc. is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer laws of the place you live.
13Changes and ending access
We may change the Site or these terms at any time. When we change the terms, we’ll update the date at the top of this page; using the Site after that means you accept the new terms. We may suspend or end anyone’s access to the Site at any time, in particular for breaking these terms.
If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a term straight away, we haven’t given up the right to enforce it later.
